LITTLE MISTER - an extraordinary cat

Little Mister follows the scent of adventure on his explorations in his beloved neighbourhood. He shares his feline observations in a playful manner, while at the same time revealing the deeper meaning behind seemingly everyday encounters. From a former acrobat who now spends his days watching reality television in a mobility scooter to an eccentric lady who wears a dead guinea pig on her head and sees her deceased pet in Little Mister.
But he is also indispensable at home. When his beloved housemates’ child is stillborn, he tries to ease their pain. He witnesses how two people process their grief in different ways.

sanne vogel (b. 1984) is an actress, filmmaker, director and writer. She made several television series for VPRO’s Villa Achterwerk. For the television film Mama, which she wrote
and directed with filmmaker Beri Shalmashi, she was nominated for a Golden Calf award.
Her film Summer with Rana aired at dozens of festivals worldwide. In 2021, she published the cookbook De vier seizoenen van Vogel.
