HOW TO BE WELL is a simple answer to a complicated problem. The world at large is not geared toward our best health - left to our own devices, most of us would be awash in coffee, bagels, sugar and stress. Our environment is often toxic.
Many people are on multiple medications that are wrecking everything in their health that they set out to fix. And is anybody getting as much sleep as they need? We have so much information available to us, from possibly brilliant to downright dangerous, that it’s hard to get out of bed in the morning without being confused.
Dr. Lipman’s bestseller THE NEW HEALTH RULES sought to clear up some of this confusion. But what he realized was the next frontier was “how” to do it...
